Luke was born and raised in the suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri. In 2016, he found home in Chicago after moving to pursue an advanced degree at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is currently in his fourth year of the Clinical Psy.D. program at The Chicago School.
Luke identifies as a queer trans man. He is passionate about working with other trans and gender non-conforming folx, as well as children and those struggling with mood related concerns. He approaches therapy from a humanistic-existential lens and, as such, engages with clients from a place of curiosity and care. Luke believes in the importance of being himself in the room and strives to work with his clients to create a space where authenticity, openness, freedom, playfulness, vulnerability, and understanding abound.
